Program Completion

The period of time immediately following program completion is an important aspect of the treatment experience. Cinnamon Hills believes that youth who successfully complete our program will return to their communities with a greatly improved education, superior self-supervision, and important life skills needed to succeed. Students will have gained coping skills needed to appropriately work through future challenges. We are committed to convincing each graduate that they have the potential to direct their life toward success. 

Aftercare Planning

Student transition plans for post-treatment care will differ depending on each individual’s needs. Our team is helpful and knowledgeable regarding a departing student’s transition to an independent living program, step-down program, or plans to reenter their home school district. Each student’s aftercare is tailored to meet their specific needs. We are devoted to seeing that every departing student experiences a seamless and smooth transition to the next stage of their life.
